Leading a successful business begins with hiring the people that are philosophically on the same page as you are. Creativity is mostly about looking at things in a different way so, assembling a group of employees that carry a mix of cultures and nationalities could inspire ideas and a high volume of great energy.
Even if you are working in a corporate type of establishment, look for a way to make the creative workers' environment more appealing. This isn't the to impose controlling aesthetic principles unless you want rigid, bureaucratic products. A well lit space with lots of room, art on the walls, and silly toys are crucial to the magic of the creative process.
Those who are creative know and understand that the process of being creative is not linear. They also know that when you treat employees as if they are some slave workers in a factory it can backfire. Some managers allow their teams to assist with setting certain deadlines. This can get more people involved and it can lead to new ideas.
You should makes it a point to discuss whats going on in the economy with your staff. The more of an understanding they have with whats happening in the world, the more likely they are to understand many of the decisions that costumers make. Also, holding social events as well as arranging for outside speakers can inspire and motivate your team.
Of course it's necessary to keep your group focused on on their current task but, giving them some time to take be more creative can give you some big rewards. Too much focusing on smaller deadlines can crush creativity and motivation. You just do things you are sure will work when you are pressed for time. When this happens the opportunity for trial and error decreases significantly.
Having to be creative when told can be psychologically and emotionally tiring. Like fifth-grade teachers all over, smart managers know the worth of recess in working off a lot of that built up energy. They know that a baseball is just as important to the office as a fax, that a pizza pie, applied in the right way, goes a great distance toward problem solving, and that when the team is lacking inspiration, a game of paintball may be the solution.

Trying to deal with collection agencies can be frustrating and make you want to pull your hair out! Now, think what it would be like to deal with a debt collector that actually is the collection agency for yet another collection agency. This is the normal scenario when dealing with LVNV Funding Collection Agency (LVNV).
You might wonder how a debt actually ends up being collected by one collection agency for another one. Simply put, for whatever reason, you wind up owing a debt to a creditor who, in time, is unable to collect the debt from you. Substantial consumer rights are contained in the FCRA. This is a Federal law which is enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. On the flip side, the FDCPA contains the practices which collection agencies must abide by. If the FDCPA is violated by a collection agency, it may find itself facing fines or legal action. If there are numerous FDCPA violations, the collection agency may be closed down by the government.
There are a couple of things you might consider if the debt is valid and you owe it. For example, you might consider discussing a payment plan with the collection agency. If you can come to an agreement, this should effectively stop the harassing phone calls and threatening letters.
If you feel you just can't stomach the thought of making monthly payments, a lump sum payment may be a better option for you. For this option, you will need to have some money to pull from in order to make an offer. Be sure to negotiate for a lesser total amount due in exchange for the lump sum payment. Another tip is to negotiate at the end of the month when collectors are attempting to obtain bonuses and meet quotas.
It is important that you know your rights as a consumer. Remember, you need to know these rights as well, if not better, than the collector you are dealing with. Lastly, if you are able to reach an agreement with the collector, demand that the agreement be in writing and signed by both parties.
